SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at state receptions and also as souvenirs. Proposed drinking vessel has container for liquid under bottom of which base is arranged. Actuating unit elements, supply unit, control unit and at least one element sensitive to external action are found inside vessel body. Control unit is connected to actuating unit elements, supply unit and elements sensitive to external action. At least part of actuating unit elements is installed directly under bottom and other part, in base. Actuating unit elements installed under bottom of container for liquid are electrically connected with control unit arranged in base of vessel through conducting elements completely or partially secured on outer surface of vessel. Conducting elements secured on outer surface of vessel are made as elements of decoration.

EFFECT: reduced cost of vessels, improved aesthetic features.
