SUBSTANCE: invention relates to eating utensils and may be used on various festive occasions. Method for generation of space-time colour compositions consists in generation of light control commands for each of n actuating elements, preferably, light-emitting drinking tableware with remote control along wireless communication channel, generation of commands to control infrared light of actuating elements, registration of space location of infrared sources of actuating elements radiation and identification of actuating elements in accordance with these sources of infrared radiation, commands of infrared light control are sent simultaneously to m (2<m<n) actuating elements. At the same time for i of m actuating elements there is a level of infrared radiation intensity provided as Fi=xFimax/2q, where x may take on integer values in the range of 1…2g, q - number of digits in binary code, Fimax - maximum intensity of infrared source of radiation of i actuating element.
EFFECT: invention provides for generation of dynamic colourful space-time colour compositions.
