FIELD: manufacture of building materials; sorting-out loose materials before preparation of mortars from them.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of starting material to vibroshaker followed by shifting it in sieves under action of vibrations directed at angle of 35-45° to sieves. Used as vibration source is pulse-type vibration exciter transmitting one-sided pulses in direction of motion of material in limited angular sector of their pendulum deflection; pendulum deflections of vibration exciter unbalance are limited by action of elastic couplings between carrier and body of vibration exciter in angular sector of 30-40°.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method.
