FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely automatic line for making metallic shapes.
SUBSTANCE: line includes loading apparatus, uncoiler, delivery roller table, multi-stand shape bending mill for forming lengthwise corrugations, arranged after mill powered apparatus for forming cross corrugations along the whole width of blank, cut-off apparatus, unit for placing ready products arranged behind cut-off apparatus. Multi-stand shape bending mill includes sections with individual frames and drive units for sections or for stands. Mill is provided with systems of tool adjustment for different types of shapes; said systems have designed number of working stands whose drive shafts are provided with changeable profiling rings made with possibility of dismounting them.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of line due to elimination of readjustment of main mechanisms, enhanced efficiency of line.
