FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to automatic lines, and can be used for making reinforced high-flange profile of rolled material. Automatic line comprises unwinder, tandem rolling mill, cutting device, receiving-straightening-feeding device and additional cutting device. Each of cutting devices represents a guillotine. In initial shaping stand of multi-stand rolling mill there is a rolling unit of stiffness ribs and punching holes for screws. Each configuration roll forming stand is made in form of two side stands, lower drive shaft, support ends are arranged in side posts, and upper coupling, which is placed in parallel to lower drive shaft and is fixed on side posts. In centre of each shaped stand, except for initial, along axis of symmetry on upper plate is rigidly fixed support to accommodate central shaft with a permanent set of profiling rollers. Further, latter configuration roll forming stand is made in form of calibrating mill, and main cutter is installed at end of multi-stand rolling mill after calibrating mill.
EFFECT: broader operational capabilities and higher quality of profile.
