FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary engines with nonuniform movement of vanes. According to invention, engine contains circular working chamber with vane rotors dividing the chamber into spaces into isolated from each other, and mechanism for periodically changing speed of rotor. Said mechanism designed for periodically changing speed of rotor is arranged inside inner cylinder of circular working chamber and is provided with outlet shaft whose axis of rotation is displaced relative to central axis. Two eccentric gears are secured on shaft, each getting into meshing with internal elliptical gear rigidly coupled with one of pairs of vane rotors.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of engine in operation.
