SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to cleanout of inner surfaces of pipes from solid fillings up, in particular, to the pipes located in arrays of construction materials (concrete, reinforced concrete and etc.), for example, the pipes of the system of stresses of the containment shell (SCS) of reactors of power generating unit of atomic power stations. The device ensures increased effectiveness of cleanout. The device contains a unit of delivery, on the base of which there are the pivotally installed centering elements having a rounded inside configuration and also sources of a video shooting and an infrared emission mounted on the base, the centering elements of which are spring-loaded, and the shaped charges located over the solid fillings up.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased effectiveness of cleanout.
