FIELD: construction industry; production of cavities-formers for reinforced concrete items.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry, to reinforced concrete items form-shaping devices, in particular, to reinforced concrete items cavities-formers. The cavities former contains a composite body made out of telescoping hollow boxes with grooves between the hollow body boxes, with a top thermoplastic patch piece communicating with the internal cavities of the hollow body boxes through the upper openings for collection of a thermoplastic melt and entering a vertical groove with cross-section deepening in the upper thermoplastic patch piece and with vertical external bays located in the hollow body boxes. The cavities former has the external thermoplastic linings made out of separate straps combined on the outside facade surface. The cavities former has the deepened thermoplastic linings and facade cavities for collection of the melt of the thermoplastic into the hollow body boxes supplied with the intermediate bottoms and the separate dividing walls. The cavities former is supplied with the internal hollow body boxes located in the upper part of the vertical groove, made widened. The technical result is liquidation of adhesion of all the surfaces of the cavities former with concrete, improved manufacturability of the device.
