FIELD: building, particularly forming or shuttering elements for general use.
SUBSTANCE: form panel comprises deck formed of separate sheetings. The sheetings include main ones deviated from vertical form surface, and end sheeting parallel to vertical form surface and located near it. The main sheetings are located near vertical form surface by sharpened longitudinal edges of upper ends beveled from rear sides thereof when lower longitudinal ends of the main sheetings are displaced from vertical form surface inwards. Lower longitudinal ends of the main sheetings abut upper walls of longitudinal through frame beams offset in horizontal plane from vertical form surface. All longitudinal beams of through frame has inner cavities, opened longitudinal slots between ends of upper walls of longitudinal beams and sharpened edges of beveled ends defined by main and end longitudinal sheetings. Lower and upper longitudinal horizontal panel surfaces are made as support surfaces. Thermoplastic leveling plate is located on upper longitudinal horizontal panel. Outer transversal walls of through frame are inclined inwards in direction from vertical form surface to which outer transversal walls are drawn by sharpened edges of inner beveled ends thereof. The inner beveled ends form vertical linear ends under leveling outer layer of solid thermoplastic shell having varying thickness. The thermoplastic shell is formed of ceresin-based material. Consoles for form panels abutting are arranged from rear panel side. The panel with horizontal form panel may has main longitudinal sheetings arranged so than inner longitudinal gaps are created in-between. The longitudinal gaps are adapted for longitudinal beams of through frame receiving. Inner cavities of longitudinal beams are opened through openings made in upper caps of longitudinal beams. The panel comprises longitudinal walls of through frame, outer walls having sharpened upper edges of inner beveled ends and inner one. Leveling outer layer of thermoplastic shell has elongated end extensions having free ends not exceeding leveling outer layer thickness in length.
EFFECT: increased versatility, enhanced manufacturability, reduced metal consumption, increased quality of concrete surfaces, provision of closed thermoplastics circulation in form sheets, increased ability of form assembling and disassembling and form reuse.
