FIELD: treatment of sludge.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises at least one dehydration line that includes pump-batcher of sludge with a drive, intake pipeline connected with the hopper filled with sludge, supplying pipeline connected with the vessel with flocculant solution, delivery pipeline for flocculant solution, centrifuge with the drum and screw, and pump for dehydrated sludge. The pipe line for supplying sludge and pressure pipe line for flocculant solution are connected with the centrifuge. The system is additionally provided with the hopper, at least one charging device which is made for permitting dehydrated sludge to be supplied to the device with the pump, discharging bottom provided with the discharging port that has a closure member, and at least one horizontal screw with the drive which is mounted for permitting transporting the dehydrated sludge to the discharging port. The discharging port is positioned within the area of the discharging bottom, and its minimum size in the cross-section is no less than 400 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and reduced cost.
