The installation has a receiving housing 9 comprising a spiral belt 10 formed with variable diameters of the spirals and a pitch on them, movable and stationary annular plates, a backflow measuring container 13, an unloading bottom 14 containing an unloading opening mounted with a shut-off device. The Unloading opening is located within the area of the unloading bottom 14. The movable plates are arranged between the stationary ones and adapted to change the gap.
