FIELD: mining industry, particularly for bank excavation with the use of powered mining complex.
SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing mine field into columns along the strike by medium and end-on excavations alternating with paired air and belt blind drifts; developing the columns by means of powered mining complex along with rotating thereof through 180° relative belt drift ends after driving of bypass air workings, wherein air workings extend from end-on shafts for belt drift length; connecting dead end of air workings with blind drift, which is the nearest in mine field development direction, by diagonal face entry; driving bypass workings to connect belt drifts. Mining complex is rotated relative dead ends of air drifts along with reversing of mining complex conveyer and with coal conveyance by diagonal face entry. Diagonal face entries may be formed from dead ends of belt drifts to blind air drifts. Diagonal face entries also may be driven from blind belt drifts to blind air drift paths, wherein diagonal face entries reach end-on excavations and then mining complex rotation area along with coal conveyance by diagonal face entry.
EFFECT: elimination of mining complex remounting during total mine field development.
