FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, mechanization equipment for animal farming.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bowl-shaped housing formed as bellows with funnel and incorporating working tools, pulsator, distributor and channel change-over mechanism. Each working tool has cover with bypass openings. Cavities of bellows and funnel communicate with each other and are closed with spring-loaded valve. Distributor is made in the form of two chambers having air inlet apertures closed with spring-loaded valve. Channel change-over mechanism is formed as hollow cross-piece with slide valve switches, each comprising spring-loaded slide valve equipped with rigidity adjusting nut. Slide valve has radial and longitudinal openings and is adapted for displacement in horizontal direction. Spring-loaded valve mounted in central channel of hollow cross-piece is equipped with adjusting screw. Slide valve switches are provided at their outlet ends with vacuum regulators having valves provided with spring and adjusting screw. Apparatus of such construction allows intensity of manual labor to be reduced by two times and heifer productivity to be increased by 20%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing optimal action upon udder of cow, reduced labor intensity and simplified construction.
