FIELD: animal farming. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bell-shaped device, spring-loaded plate positioned in bell-shaped device and provided with deformers, gaging opening and throttle. Apparatus is further provided with spring-loaded ball valve adapted for cutting off gaging opening which communicates inner space of bell-shaped device with atmosphere. Throttle is formed as branch pipe whose effective section is changed by means of adjusting screw. Apparatus facilitates uniform development of udder parts.
