FIELD: clinical disinfection facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to suppress pathogenic microflora when treating patients with various inflammatory diseases. To that aim, Radakhlorin in the form of gel is brought into contact with pathologic surface in concentration 0.1% and in dose 0.1 g gel/ cm2 or introduced inside pathological focus in the form of 56 μM solution in a rate of 0.5 μg per 1 kg patient weight. 30 min later, focus is exposed for 2 to 30 min to diode laser at power density 100-200 J/cm2.
EFFECT: avoided risk of selection of stable germ strains, avoided generalization of pathogenic process and allergization of patient, and achieved full treatment of pathogenic microflora.
