SUBSTANCE: one should calculate the quantity of autorosettes and those with lysis in capillary blood and at increased number of autorosettes being above 0.75 ± 0.11% against total number of leukocytes one should diagnose microcirculatory disorder, at increased number of autorosettes with lysis by more than 50% against their total number one should state upon improved circulation in microcirculatory tract.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
