FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises molding article in horizontal position with corner inserts. The reinforce is secured to the corner inserts, and then inclined components of the article are mould in layer in horizontal position. After removing the corner inserts and rotating inclined components of the article, horizontal components of the article are mould. The article is then thermally treated. The mould comprises pivotally interconnected longitudinal sides, pads, and transverse sides. Between the horizontal and inclined components of horizontal sides are corner inserts that are arranged above the pivots of the longitudinal sides. The corner inserts are provided with grooves for reinforce.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and improved structure of mould.
