FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to passenger car building and it is designed for heating systems of railway passenger cars. Proposed heating system of railway car consists of intercoupled heat carrier circulation circuits and contains boiler with supply and return heating pipelines laid along side walls of car, expansion tank, water heater, air heater, circulating pump and pipe-bridge connecting ends of return heating pipelines. Said pipe-bridge is made in form of pipeline rising near side wall of car, for instance, in toilet compartment of car boiler side, passes over ceiling of corridor, descends in boiler compartment of car and serves as additional heating source of toilet compartment of car boiler side.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved operating conditions, prevention of freezing of water in pipe-bridge.
