FIELD: positive-displacement machines for liquids.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises belt, water lifter made of closed loop made of flexible material whose outer surface is provided with a layer of water-absorbing material. Inside the loop are driving and driven links used for setting the loop in motion, the drive of the shaft of the driving link, and centrifugal drum with the water collector. The driving and driven links are made of two wedge belts mounted coaxially and with a spaced relation to each other. The water-absorbing material is applied on the inner surface of the additional layer of the loop. The device is provided with additional centrifugal drum that is mounted inside the loop for permitting cooperation with the basic material.
