FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water lifting installations driven by a windmill. Water-lifting wind-driven plant comprising wind turbine made vertically axial, at that on axis of wind turbine is rigidly fixed wheel with variable working profile, on surface of which roller is moved, arranged on free end of crank arm, at that, second end of crank arm is secured on movable support while crank arm itself, on which return spring acts, is kinematically connected with rod with its lower end connected with plunger pump arranged in water-bearing layer.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing productivity of water-lifting plant.
