FIELD: valving engineering.

SUBSTANCE: disk gate valve has hollow housing that receives sealing member and rotatable disk. The disk is set in grooves in two half-axles. The half-axles are housed in the guiding bushings. One of the half-axles is connected with the control unit to define a different-arm lever. The lever smoothly goes into the locking unit from the side of its short arm. The position of the locking member is defined by the cuts and spring member connected with it. The rotatable disk is set in the grooves. The grooves are made at the ends of the half-axles. The outer surface of each of the half-axles is provided with ring bores. The inner surface of the sealing member is provided with straight sections conjugated with the circumference and arranged at the cites of openings for half-axles. The openings of the sealing member are provided with collars. The collars are set in the ring bores of the half-axles. The side of the flange of the guiding bushing, whose half-axle is conjugated with the control unit, is provided with cuts at an angle to each other for permitting arrangement of the working section of the locking member and fixing the disk. The face of the half-axle is provided with the spring member. One of the ends of the spring member is secured to the control lever. The free end of the spring member is in a contact with the surface of the long arm of the lever from the side of the housing.

EFFECT: simplified structure and enhanced reliability.
