FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: nominal values of temperature-dependent compensation resistors are calculated for compensation of their temperature errors. Compensation resistors are brought into bridge circuit of sensor and mounted inside the case of sensor. After it additive and multiplicative temperature errors are subject to check subsequently. Materials for resilient member and work resistive-strain sensors are chosen on the base of maximal approximation in temperature coefficient of resilient member's modulus of elasticity and temperature factor of resistive-strain sensors' strain-sensitivity. Temperature-dependent compensation sensors are made by the same method as working resistive-strain sensors of materials having low resistive-strain sensitivity (which is close to unit). Compensation resistors are mounted onto resilient member at the area where working resistive-strain sensors are disposed. Temperature errors of sensor are adjusted and checked at strictly fixed value of power voltage to provide precision of +-0,1% nominal value or the procedure can be fulfilled in the assembly providing feed of heat carrying agent at temperature being equal to temperature of working medium under exploitation conditions. The heat-carrying agent is fed directly to receiving cavity of sensor under the condition that the main heat-carrying agent has to be measured medium or by means of placing the sensor into heat-chamber if the main heat-carrying agent has to environment.
EFFECT: improved precision.
