FIELD: mechanical engineering; brake systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electropneumatic double-control valve of pneumatically operated vehicle brake system arranged in center of wheel axle furnished with two brakes has one common housing 1 of relay valve into which control valve unit is integrated for each brake. To set valve in operation, control unit contains distributing piston arranged inside distributing chamber 3a, 3b. Said distributing piston is loaded by control pressure through one electromagnetic control distributing device arranged in adjacent housing of control valve for independent axial displacement. Control valve housing is connected with possibility of disconnection from relay valve housing 1 through sealing device placed in between. Said sealing device is solid and it consists of two ring-shaped sealing blanks 5a, 5 b each belonging to one distributing chamber 3a, 3b, and connected by several formed bridges 6a, 6b, 6c spaced between both sealing ring blanks 5a, 5b to provide equalizing of tolerances in relative position of sealing ring blanks 5a, 5b in plane of connection between control valve housing blanks 5a, 5b in plane of connection between control valve housing and relay valve housing 1 owing to elastic deformation of said bridges 6a, 6b, 6c.
EFFECT: improved design, facilitated mounting of sealing device providing reliable sealing between valve housings.
