FIELD: building materials, particularly used for producing concrete structures and articles.
SUBSTANCE: method involves metering quartz sand and binging material components; mixing above materials; forming articles; steam curing thereof in 3+3+4+2 mode and curing articles in air at 18-22°C temperature. Binding material is mixture of ash-and-alkaline binding agent including fly-ash obtained from combustion of brown coal at heat generating plant and liquid glass. Liquid glass is produced from large-tonnage crystalline silicon production waste obtained at aluminum smelter, namely of microsilica, and including highly-dispersed carbon mixtures, namely graphite and carborundum with silica modulus n=1, in amount of up to 6-7% by weight. Ratio between fly-ash and quartz sand is 1:3. Fly-ash of the second zone is used. Liquid glass has density of 1.36-1.42 g/cm3. Concrete mix components are taken in the following amounts (% by weight): liquid glass - 37.1-42.2, fly-ash - 58.8-62.9.
EFFECT: increased acid-resistance of binding agent, simplified process of binding agent preparation and reduced cost of ready product.
