FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: in a method of manufacturing ash-alkali concrete mix comprising dosage of components, mixing quartz sand with aluminosilicate component of binder, in particular fly ash obtained upon combustion of Kansk-Achinsk brown coal on heat-and-power station (Bratsk, Irkutsk region), with alkali binder component, in particular carbon-containing liquid glass made from large-scale microsilica waste from production of crystalline silicon at Bratsk aluminum plant containing up to 6-7% fine carbon admixtures of graphite and carborundum with silica modulus 1, and molding products, above-mentioned liquid glass has density 1,35-1,40 g/cm3, fly ash is a second-field fly ash, mixing of quartz sand with fly ash is effected in presence of curing intensifier, in particular Portland cement category 400 from Timluisk plant, and, after mixing with liquid glass, setting retardant in the form of milk whey being a waste from production of milk products (Bratsk) is added. The following proportions of components are used, wt %: quartz sand 58.42-63.11, fly ash 17.83-23.05, liquid glass 13.69-18.28, milk whey 0.16-0.21, and Portland cement 1.78-2.31.
EFFECT: prolonged setting time and accelerated concrete strength development upon curing under normal conditions.
