FIELD: agriculture, in particular, protection of plants from crop-destroying insects.
SUBSTANCE: incubator is divided into sections, including crop-destroying insect growing section, trichogramma growing section, and trichogramma eggs growing section. Feeding apparatus and insect eggs laying and young trichogramma growing conveyer are arranged along said sections. Insect egg-laying section is formed from endless netted and paper tapes stretched on drums by means of metal rods hung on rollers mounted in guides, which are equipped with flexible tie-rods adapted for providing flow production in closed cycle. Incubator is furnished with refrigerator chamber and young trichogramma growing chamber, said chamber being intended for year-round operation of incubator. Resultant eggs are frozen in autumn and winter for storage up to the beginning of growing period for plant activities, followed by eggs incubation and settling of trichogramma on fields stricken with crop-destroying insects. Moistener is made in the form of hygrostat. Feeding apparatus has grain hopper, dosing device, and bucket-type feeders arranged on endless conveyor belt. Conveyors may be furnished with drums equipped with winding and unwinding flexible tie-rods, conveyors with push-type carts adapted for moving carriages, on which cardboard plates or cardboard cellular combs or cellular receptacles are fixed. Carriages are mounted within guides positioned in all sections and chambers defining closed contour. Guides are constructed so that carriages may be separated by means of shift pointer on path to be further transferred into respective sections of chambers, stopped at working places and moved to initial position. Conveyors lower base may be lined with outskirt or narrow fabric strips freely hanging onto surface of feeding apparatus. Conveyor may be equipped with hooks onto which boxes with cellular combs and cellular receptacles may be fixed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced labor intensity, improved safety and ecology control.
