FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, equipment for positioning of elongated objects, such as pipelines, during mounting thereof.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mechanism adapted for moving of object and furnished with platform. Mechanism includes cart with electric engine and lifting plate mounted on cart and equipped with power hydraulic cylinder adapted for lifting of said plate by means of hydraulic pump with electric drive engine, and rotary platform with drive. Rotary platform is equipped with jack and aerostatic support system. Supports are constructed so that compressed air may be supplied to each of supports or to group of supports through independent lines for providing application of unequal lifting forces thereby in order to compensate out-of-center displacements of pipeline or any elongated object during mounting thereof. Apparatus may have even number of aerostatic supports and even number of jacks. Each of aerostatic supports may be formed as disk-like casing with elastic diaphragm having apertures. Diaphragm is adapted for attachment to casing by means of central shoe and outer ring. Apparatus system may be comprised of six aerostatic supports, with air being supplied through two independent parallel lines. Diaphragm of each support may be equipped with six throttling apertures, each having diameter of 2.9-3.1 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, increased precision of positioning elongated object in space during mounting thereof.
