FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in mechanical engineering to determine mass and inertial characteristics of articles. Device comprises an aerostatic table with a fixed turntable means with a measuring tool, a registration system, wherein electrodynamic type sensors are integrated into a rotary faceplate of a measuring sensor unit. Registration system is arranged to determine the position by the discreteness of a measuring transducer of linear displacements and in the plant, and also with the ability to calculate oscillation periods simultaneously with registration by counting the number of sampling intervals of a digital signal that stay within each interval between mark signals, and with averaging the calculated period over a given number of oscillation periods, and the ability to calculate mass-centering and mass-inertial characteristics (MCCH and MICH).

EFFECT: technical result is the reduced measurement cycle, reduced number of dangerous and especially dangerous operations, shorter time for preparation of production.
