SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold carriers used in systems for heat-exchange equipment of different designation. Cold carrier comprises the following components, wt.-%: ethyl alcohol (as measured for anhydrous), 10-26; glycerol, 5-22; denaturing agent, 0.01-0.50; corrosion inhibitor, 0.03-0.35, and water, the balance. The cold agent comprises turpentine as a denaturing agent and triethanolamine and ortho-phosphoric acid as corrosion inhibitor. Invention provides the development of fire-proofing carrier agent for cooling and freezing foodstuffs.
