FIELD: lubricants. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricant-cooling liquid used as aqueous solutions in procedures of cutting edge and abrasive treatment of ferrous, nonferrous metals and alloys. Concentrate has the following components, wt.-%: mixture of triethanolamine boron esters with polyethylene glycol boron esters, 15-20; mixture of triethanolamine and potassium salts of vat unsaturated fatty acids after oleic acid distillation off, 30-35; corrosion inhibitor: product of interaction of triethanolamine with mono-, dialkylphosphoric acids where glycerol is used as an alcohol agent, 20-25; soap stocks of vegetable and animals oils, 23-30; water up to 100 but not above 10. Special additions: perfume, foam suppressor, 0.2, not above. Use of proposed concentrate provides increase of tool durability by above 2-fold. Concentrate shows bactericidal and inhibitory properties with respect to corrosion and stability under storage at negative temperatures.
