FIELD: building, particularly to fasten pit and tunnel sheeting during opened excavation, to secure recesses in railroads and motor roads, poles, contact line supports, hydraulic structures or bridges.
SUBSTANCE: anchor has head adapted to provide pre-stressing and maintaining load-bearing members in stressed state and transmitting tensioning force to building structure. Anchor also has attachment means to transmit force to ground or to structure body and free part defined by head and attachment means. Load-bearing members are provided with centering fixers enclosing them and are formed as wire ropes or rods of high-strength reinforcing bars coated with plastic shells in free parts to prevent bond between load-bearing members and grout to be injected and to prevent deformation thereof during pre-stressing. Anchor has at least two injection pipes located in parallel to lead-bearing members in attachment area. The injection pipes have different lengths. The first injection pipe is adapted for primary grout injection performed under pressure of 2.0-3.0 kg/cm2. The second one is used for secondary grout injection under pressure of 20-30 kg/cm2. Free ends on the injection pipes are located in attachment means and offset one relative another along arch lengths thereof for distance of not less than 5 diameters of the second injection pipe.
EFFECT: extended range of anchor applications for securing thereof in ground during well drilling and for fastening anchor in monolithic structure, for instance in concrete one, due to possibility to create necessary widening of attachment means by double-stage injection of hardening mix, preferably cement one.
