FIELD: heating water and delivery of water and steam to buildings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed boiler has two drums brought into communication by means of convection bank, one self-contained gas duct, furnace bounded by tubular front, rear, side left-hand and right-hand screens. Arranged in lower drum are dispensing, collecting and bypass headers; intermediate header is arranged in upper drum; headers are divided into sections. Each section of dispensing header is communicated with respective section of intermediate header by means of some tubes of right-hand screen; section of intermediate header is communicated with respective section of collecting header by means of some tubes of left-hand side screen, thus forming radiation heating loop. Each subsequent loop is connected with previous one through section of bypass header communicated simultaneously with section of collecting header of one loop and with section of dispensing header of other loop. First section of dispensing header and lower drum are provided with water inlet branch pipes; last section of bypass or collecting header is provided with heating system hot water discharge branch pipe and upper drum is provided with feed water inlet branch pipe and steam discharge branch pipe. According to second version, drums are separated into two parts by solid partition: steam part and hot-water part in such way that steam part of upper drum is communicated with steam part of lower drum by part of tubes of convection bank and hot-water part of upper drum is communicated with hot-water part of lower drum both by remaining tubes of convection bank and some screen tubes. Arranged in hot-water part of lower drum are dispensing and bypass headers separated into sections by means of partitions. Hot-water part of drum is divided in its turn into compartments by means of transversal partitions. Each section of dispensing header of lower drum is communicated with respective compartment of hot-water part of upper drum by means of tubes of left-hand and right-hand screens of furnace; said compartment is communicated with respective compartment of lower drum by means of some tubes of convection bank, forming heating loop. Each subsequent loop is connected with previous one through respective section of bypass header communicated simultaneously with compartment of hot-water part of upper drum of one loop. Section of dispensing header of first heating loop is provided with heating-system water inlet branch pipe; upper drum is provided with feed water inlet branch pipe and discharge branch pipe; last compartment of hot-water part of lower drum is provided with heating-system water inlet branch pipe and heat-transfer agent discharge branch pipe.
EFFECT: simultaneous operation of boiler in steam and hot-water modes.
