FIELD: medicine, dermatology, immunochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for prognosis of staphyloderma course by using immunoenzyme analysis that involves determination of levels of idiotypic (a-AT) and anti-idiotypic antibodies (AITS) to the TNF-α or its immunochemical analogues. Coefficient I representing the ratio of levels a-T/AITS is measured. Chronic course of staphylococcus skin injure is prognosticated at values of coefficient I above 1.3. The complete clinical recovery is prognosticated at values of coefficient I below 0.8. Using this method provides enhancing the reliability of prognosis and detection persons with possible chronic course of the process. This provides carrying out the well-timed prophylaxis in staphyloderma exacerbation in such patients.
EFFECT: improved method for prognosis.
