SUBSTANCE: method involves checking blood serum samples taken from testees on test boards covered with sorbed components of ELI-N test system being F(ab)2-fragments of anti-idiotypic antibodies specifically binding autoantibodies having nerve tissue antigen affinity (antigen analogs) or nerve tissue antigens themselves like a) S100 protein, b) GFAP protein, c) MP65 protein, d) PhRN protein. In carrying out the tests, persons are detected having deviated levels (increased or lowered relative to those in healthy people blood serum samples) of autoantibodies interacting with the mentioned components that is known to be characteristic immunological sign of nerve system activity disorder to be observed in future at the physiological level (or already manifested during the examination).
