The curative-cosmetic tone agent comprises a biologically active component isolated from medicinal leech or its parts, pentoxifylline, titanium dioxide, ethoxydiglycol, iron oxide pigments, carbomer, triethanolamine, methylparaben, bronopol, butyloxyanisole, aromatic principle and water wherein components are taken in the definite quantitative ratio. The tone agent provides deep penetration of active component into kin, activates microcirculation and metabolic processes in skin and muscles and reduces skin intumescence.
