FIELD: production of metallurgical lime in fluidized bed.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preheating and kilning of limestone, cooling lime in preheating, kilning and cooling zones of multi-zone fluidized bed furnace. Then, dust-like additive is introduced in kilning zone at distance of 0.12-0.35 of height of fluidized bed from shear of gas distributing grate; said additive contains 17-83 mass-% of iron oxides and/or 7-33 mass-% of aluminum oxide in 0.05-0.35 lime mass being discharged. Amount of inclusions of fire and aluminum oxides in dust-like additive is corrected by dust-like additive containing 75-85 mass-% of calcium oxide. Used as additives containing iron, aluminum and calcium oxides are natural materials containing typical admixtures or industrial wastes obtained at melting iron- and aluminum-containing materials, kilning lime which contain said compounds of metals. Diameter of particles of main portion of additive containing iron oxides ranges from 10-350 mcm, aluminum oxide, 12-450 mcm and calcium oxide 17-700 mcm.
EFFECT: reduction of dust loss and consumption of fuel; improved quality and metallurgical properties of lime.
