FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has capacity accumulator, discharger, inducer, sub made of electric-conductive material, disc of elastic material, membrane of fragile material, matrix with opening, container. In base of container opening is made for setting of calibrated sensor. On container bottom disc is placed of elastic material, on which membrane and matrix are serially placed. Sub is set between matrix and inducer with possible reciprocal movement. Sub can be made in form of truncated cone, greater base of which touches inducer.

EFFECT: higher precision, higher efficiency.
