FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has base, unit for fixing arm, unit for supporting forearm, hand holder and reposition unit. The base is manufactured as two L-shaped rods having long arms expandable. The unit for fixing arm is manufactured as trough having notch for receiving ulnar process and slits for receiving belts. The trough is rigidly attached to short segments of the rods. The unit for supporting forearm is detachable as curved plate having a draw-out screw mounted in tie member which ends are attached to long rod segments and movable along them. The hand holder is manufactured as strap having saw slits for inserting belt for fixing fingers at the middle phalanges in bent position, and curved slots. The reposition unit is manufactured as panel provided with curved slit and axial opening. The panel is fixed on long rod segment ends, pivot lever with coupling member and movable cantilever on which pull screw with nuts is available. Free end of the lever is mounted on the panel by means of bolts and nuts in axial opening and curved slit. The cantilever is mounted in lever coupling member. Free end of the pull screw is mounted in curved slot and axial opening of hand holder strap.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
