FIELD: mechanical engineering and instrument-making industry, particularly torque transmission systems.
SUBSTANCE: clutch comprises linings and collar including two half-clutches. Each half-clutch has conical grooves located at central corners and adapted for receiving linings. The linings cooperate with spring-loaded ring. If torque exceeds nominal value the ring contracts and linings cooperating with the ring are brought out of the engagement with conical grooves of the half-clutches.
EFFECT: simplified structure, elimination of clutch setting-up, provision of gapless torque transmission.
