FIELD: diagnosis of present state of pipe lines; monitoring pipe lines handling liquid products, oil for example in the course of operation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method makes it possible to transmit diagnosis information in real time through fiber-optics cable which is simultaneously used for deceleration of diagnosis module during its motion in pipe line. Inter-pipe survey system includes diagnosis module with onboard equipment containing navigational unit, diagnosis unit and primary information processing unit placed inside pipe line to be surveyed and external diagnosis information reception and processing unit; diagnosis module is made in form of floating capsule equipped with fore stabilizing rudders and connected with diagnosis information reception and processing unit by means of fiber-optics cable connected to first information input of this unit; onboard equipment of diagnosis module includes fore stabilizing rudder control unit whose input is connected with output of navigational unit and its outputs are connected with actuating mechanisms of fore stabilizing rudders; said equipment includes also information transmission unit whose input is connected with output of primary information processing unit and output is connected with fiber-optics cable; fiber-optics cable is engageable (on side of diagnosis module) with attachment unit used for mechanical connection of diagnosis module with fiber-optics cable; on side of diagnosis information reception and processing unit, fiber-optics cable is engageable with delivery unit which ensures delivery of fiber-optics cable at tension for deceleration of diagnosis module in the course of motion in pipe line; control input of delivery unit is connected via control unit with output of sensor showing length of cable and rate of its delivery which is also connected with second information input of diagnosis information reception and processing unit.
