SUBSTANCE: proposed motor starting device connected to three-phase supply mains has three-phase voltage regulator using three-phase bridge inverter circuit arrangement, three identical correcting units, control unit, capacitor, and voltage sensor; one output of each correcting unit is connected to motor whose shaft mounts rotational velocity sensor.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics, enlarged functional capabilities.
