FIELD: construction, particularly to erect multistory buildings, bridges with long spans, subways and other structures.

SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying concrete mix through concrete mix pipe into vertical tube; compacting the mixture by applying vibration, wherein the vibration is applied to concrete mix by concrete mix pipe tip along with moving the concrete mix pipe tip from lower tube base to upper part thereof at speed of 1-5 cm/s. Device for tube-cased concrete production comprises concrete mix pipe formed as high-pressure sleeve with steel tip. Steel tip is provided with vibrator arranged in upper part thereof and with tore-shaped rubber pressure chamber. Pressure chamber diameter is 0.5-0.9 of inner diameter of tube to be filled with concrete mix, height thereof is 0.1-0.4 of inner tube diameter. Pressure chamber is arranged under vibrator and snugly fits over tip body. Lower tip part has head. The tip is made as cylinder with inner diameter equal to 0.1-0.5 inner diameter of the tube and with length equal to 5-15 inner tube diameters. The head is made as steel cylinder with ribs formed on inner side surface. The ribs engage longitudinal guides of the tip in lower part thereof. Rests are formed on rib ends in upper head part. Head height is 0.1-0.3 of tip height, outer diameter thereof is 1.3-1.7 of outer tip diameter.
