SUBSTANCE: proposed bullet attaining translation velocity and rotary motion around its axis at firing has head section and tail section. Tail section of bullet has crossing longitudinal recesses where additional cylindrical destructive elements are located for parallel displacement relative to bullet axis and joint rotation with bullet; they are freed from bullet at rejection from bore due to action of centrifugal force. Head section of bullet corresponds to caliber of small-arms by rifling grooves and tail section corresponds to caliber by fields.
