FIELD: gravitational concentration of ores.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes washing, disintegration, delivery of pulp through pulp-feed line to deep flooding sluice box, gravitational concentration in deep flooding sluice boxes, screening, gravitational concentration of shallow flooding sluice boxes, cleaning-up of concentrate from entrapping surfaces and final concentration of concentrate. In the course of delivery of pulp to deep flooding sluice box, it is subjected to electric explosion treatment and activation for breaking clay pellets and pieces of oxide-bearing nodular ore and opening the mineral grain. Breaking clay pellets and pieces of oxide-bearing nodular ore and opening mineral grain is effected by action of impact waves created by electric explosion treatment and activation. In the course of breaking clay pellets and pieces of oxide-bearing nodular ore activation of medium is performed, coagulation of mineral grains is intensified at gravitational concentration and flocculation of clay particles is carried out.
EFFECT: increased extraction of gold.
