FIELD: hydromechanized mining of alluvial deposits with increased content of fine thin gold.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing washing, disintegration, gravitational concentration in deep sluices, screening, gravitational concentration in shallow sluices, washing away concentrate from catching surfaces, and finishing concentrate. For effective extraction of fine thin gold, after gravitational concentration in shallow sluices, screening is performed by means of hydraulic screen for separating 5-mm sized fraction followed by directing said fraction to sluice and screening for separation of 1.5-mm sized fraction to be further directed into heavy mineral concentrator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in extracting fine thin granules of useful component.
