FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbocompressors.
SUBSTANCE: according to known method of surge control including stabilization of complex of parameters characterizing position of operating point of compressor in accepted system of coordinates at level of task determined by line of control shifted through preset value in safety zone from surge line to zone of stable modes of operation of compressor by formation of control action onto position of surge valve by closed control circuit containing proportional and integral parts, value-of deflection of operating point from control line in direction of surge line is compared with preset threshold value, and if said deflection exceeds threshold value, formation of proportional part of control action is done at amplification factor in jump increased by preset number of times. Amplification factor of proportional part is increased 10-100 times, determining its particular value at adjusting the system so that control action formed by proportional part at increased amplification factor should provide, firstly, maximum constructionally possible speed of opening of surge valve, and secondly, complete opening of valve when operating point reaches surge line. Formation of control action by proportional part at increased amplification factor is continued until operating point returns to control line. When operating point reaches control line, amplification factor of proportional part is reduced to initial value providing stability of control process.
EFFECT: increased accuracy, economy and efficiency of surge control.
