FIELD: measuring engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises generator of standard frequency, additional coincidence circuit with two inputs, three additional collection circuit with two inputs, decoder, two analogue switches, integrator, and comparator. The source of reference voltage and output of the generator of the standard frequency are connected with two inputs of two coincidence circuits. The outputs of two coincidence circuits are connected with the decoder through the collection circuit and pulse counter. The output of the decoder is connected with the counting input of the second flip-flop, to the input of the pulse counter, and to the second input of the control device.

EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
