SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes formation of electrode distance in gas panel cells by generating dielectric matrix measuring 0.25 - 0.75 of electrode distance in height followed by applying parallel separating dielectric members onto this matrix.
EFFECT: enhanced uniformity of electrode distance in gas panel cells.
