FIELD: electronic engineering; development of gas panels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gas panel has display cells with preset electrode-to-electrode distance. Novelty is that insulating barriers made of refractory filler and soft glass with deformation temperature td1 carrying conductors on their top bases are covered under conductors with insulating layer of refractory filler and soft glass whose deformation temperature td2 equals 1.07 to 1.17 td1 of thickness amounting to 0.15 - 04 of insulating barrier height. Amount of soft glass in insulating barriers and coating is 0.6 - 1.5 of refractory filler.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of insulating barrier shape.
