FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, milking equipment, more particular, parts for teat cups.
SUBSTANCE: insert is designed for non-deformable bushing 40 of teat cup and is adapted for defining of two-chamber teat cup by means of which milk is withdrawn from teat Z during drawing of milk by providing vacuum at milking phase, and also for massaging of teat during rest phase. Insert comprises head part 12 which is symmetrically rotated relative to its longitudinal axis, and cylindrical part 14 connected to head part 12 through adapter part 22. Cylindrical part 14 is made flexible and is arranged so as to surround teat and response to alternatively changing pressure during milking and rest phases by changing its shape. Head part 12 is formed as annular pipe 16 defining aperture 18 for insertion of teat Z and providing pressurization with respect to milking vacuum and improved adherence of insert to teat without excessive squeezing thereof during both milking phase and rest phase. Annular pipe 16 is formed such that annular hollow space 30 is defined by teat, adapter part 22 and annular pipe 16 as soon as teat is introduced into cylindrical part 14. Inner width of annular pipe 16 during milking phase is smaller than inner width of portion of cylindrical part 14 designed for teat Z. Flexibility of annular pipe 16 is sufficient enough for providing radial increase of its inner width to the outer side and altering of its axial length upon introduction of teat.
EFFECT: simplified construction and improved quality of milking.
